ISRO Scientist Engineer Application and Selection Procedure

ISRO Scientist Engineer SELECTION PROCEDURE:- The candidate should have First Class with minimum 65% marks in the Qualifying Degree ie, BE/B.Tech or equivalent for submission of application on line. Please note that the qualification prescribed is the MINIMUM requirement and the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for written test. Based on the academic performance and bio-data, initial screening will be conducted for short-list candidates for taking-up written test. The written test will be conducted on 05-05-2013(Sunday) at ten venues viz Ahmadabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram.
HOW TO APPLY ISRO Scientist Engineer: - Candidates can apply online on ISRO web-site (www.isro.gov.in) between 12-02-2013 and 04-03-2013.

(its only for comp,mech,eltro dept) then click your dept link 'click here to see your status of your application ' submit your application number and dob. After you ill see the status of your application. Leave comment here after you got status. Thank you

    Thanks for reply, i did check status.Its showing that "Your Bank Challan for the Application fee has been received".Its not showing whether i have been short listed for written test or not..

    I called today at the ISRO head office bangalore.... they told me that the call letters for written tests have been started to send through Email.... & as I have still not received such mail they told to wait for this week.... but they did not want to know my reg. no. or Name....

    only 10th,12th (or diploma),UG those who are all got respective percentage of marks asking from isro (ecs72%,mech70%,cse72%)they are only shortlisted for written test..im unlucky i'vent 72%(only 69%) in 12th..so i neglected..be clear..dudes..

    there must be a valid reason for rejection for written test
    and you guys are soo poor that have taken my 110 rupees as challan........

    wonderful status i got "You have not been shortlisted for Written Test."
